My name is Tim Mikoliczyk, and I’m honored to introduce myself as the owner of Corapeake Collision Center. The body shop that has been a trusted and valued part of the Corapeake community for years. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in auto body repair, including collision repair, frame straightening, welding, customizing, and painting. I bring a passion for quality workmanship and customer care.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked at respected shops and dealerships across Virginia and Eastern North Carolina.
After moving to Elizabeth City in 2006 and relocating to Corapeake in 2024, I quickly came to appreciate the warmth and spirit of this community. In February 2026, I was fortunate enough to fulfill my lifelong dream of owning a shop when I acquired this established business, which has served Corapeake and the surrounding areas for many years. My goal is to continue the legacy of trusted service that Joe and his team provided this area for more than 30 years—building relationships with neighbors and delivering honest, high-quality repairs that ensure every customer leaves with peace of mind.
I began my training at Oscar Smith High School and further developed my skills through hands-on apprenticeships and technical coursework, earning Platinum I-CAR Technician certification and multiple awards for excellence. Above all, I am a proud family man. As the father of two sons who share my passion for all things automotive, and a grandpa to two wonderful grandchildren, I am truly blessed. My family inspires the care and integrity I bring to every job.
I look forward to meeting more of you and becoming a part of the fabric of Corapeake. Our door is always open—stop by any time to say hello or talk about your automotive needs!

With a deep-rooted passion for serving others, I have dedicated my career to uplifting and supporting my community in a variety of ways. My journey has always centered around helping people, whether it was spending sixteen years as an elementary teacher, guiding families as an active licensed Realtor for the past eight years, or managing a local restaurant.
These roles have taught me the true value of connection, communication, and trust.
As the Operations Coordinator of Corapeake Collision Center, a family-owned and operated body shop, I am excited to bring all of these experiences to the automotive world.
Now, my mission is to make your repair process smooth and stress-free. I serve as a bridge between clients and insurance companies, ensuring clear communication and advocating for your needs every step of the way. My diverse background means I understand the value of trust, service, and community, and I am always here to answer your questions, offer a helping hand, and provide the dependable service our customers have come to expect.
Whether you are a longtime neighbor or new to the area, I look forward to welcoming you to our shop and helping you get back on the road with confidence. Thank you for letting us be a part of your journey!

Growing up around the collision repair industry, I developed a deep respect for craftsmanship, precision, and honest service from an early age. In 2018, I officially began working alongside my father, building on a lifelong foundation of hands-on experience and industry knowledge.
Since then, I’ve completed over 100 I-CAR classes to ensure I stay current with the latest repair techniques, safety standards, and evolving vehicle technology. Ongoing education isn’t just a requirement to me — it’s a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality repairs that customers can trust.
As a father of two, I understand the importance of safety and reliability when it comes to your vehicle. I approach every repair with the same care and attention to detail I would expect for my own family.
My goal is simple: provide honest assessments, high-quality workmanship, and repairs done right the first time.
